Roger Pardo-Maurer (Yale '84), Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Western Hemisphere Affairs, braved the torrential rain to come to the Commissioning Ceremony to honor graduating midshipman Peter H. Brooks '06, who did an internship with him in the summer of 2003.
